These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website Pas Courant (operated by DV Services BV), available at www.pascourant.be, and the purchase of products through this platform. Translations of these Terms and Conditions are provided for reference purposes only. In case of any discrepancies or conflicts between the translated versions and the original French version, the French version shall prevail and be considered the official and legally binding text.

2. Orders & Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

Belfius Direct Pay
Apple Pay
All prices are in EUR (€) and include VAT.

The customer is obliged to pay the full amount of the order on the day the order is placed.

In the event of any suspicion of fraud involving an order, we reserve the right to refuse the sale and refund the amount paid.

3. Products, Pricing and Stock Policy

While we strive to ensure accurate pricing and stock, errors may occur. In such cases:

The correct price is always the one in our physical store.
The correct stock is always the one in our physical store.
If the online price is incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel the order before shipping and refund the amount paid.

Any increase in VAT or any new tax imposed between the time of order and the time of delivery will be charged to the customer. 

The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the presentation of a product.

Discount Codes & Promotions

Only one discount code can be used per order.
Discount codes cannot be applied to already discounted items.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer three delivery options to ensure you receive your order in the way that suits you best:

In-store delivery: free

At home delivery - Belgium: 6,85€ | 2-4 business days
At home delivery - Luxembourg, Germany, The Netherlands, France: 16,50€ | 4-6 business days
At home delivery - World: 34,60€ | 6-10 business days
Delivery in relay point - Belgium: 5,15€ | 2-4 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, seasonal demand, and destination.

Delivery is free on order above 45€ in Belgium. 

Packages are sent to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery times indicated are purely indicative. Non-compliance with delivery times shall under no circumstances justify a claim for damages on the part of the customer, nor the cancellation of the order.

5. Returns & Refunds

Return Conditions

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for any reason.

Return Methods

In-Store Returns: Free returns at our store within 15 days.
Postal Returns: A prepaid return label will be provided, and return shipping fees are covered by us for order above 45€ with a Belgian shipping address (within the limit of one return per order). Returns during sales periods or for items purchased at reduced prices are subject to a charge. These costs are borne by the customer and may vary according to geographical location.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 15 business days after receiving the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. No cash refund will be made for the return of one or more items paid for by gift card or loyalty program.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available in-store within 15 days.
If you need a different size or model online, please place a new order and return the original item.

Non-Returnable Items

Worn, washed, or damaged shoes.
Items returned without original packaging (including shoeboxes).
Discounted or clearance items.
Socks, tights, foot protectors.
Cleaning products.

6. Liability & Warranties

Pas Courant ensures that all products meet high-quality standards.
We are not liable for:
Normal wear and tear of shoes.
Incorrect shoe care leading to damage.
Delays caused by external shipping carriers.

The customer has a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.

7. Intellectual Property & Website Use

All content (text, images, logos) on Pas Courant is the property of DV Services BV.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of our content is strictly prohibited.
Fraudulent or abusive use of our website will result in legal action.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is collected to process orders and improve our services.
We do not sell or share customer data with third parties, except for essential service providers (e.g., payment processors, shipping partners).
Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
In case of disputes, efforts will be made to resolve them amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in the courts of Belgium.
