Return & refund conditions
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your items for any reason.
How to Return an Item
You can return your items in one of the following ways:
1. Return in Store (Free)
Bring your unworn items in their original packaging to our store for a hassle-free return.
2. Return via bPost (Free of charge*)
Request a prepaid return label by contacting us. Send the package using the prepaid label and keep a proof of shipment.
*For order above 45€ with a Belgian shipping address. Conditions apply.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items. If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Discounted or clearance items
- Worn, washed, or damaged shoes
- Items returned without original packaging (including shoeboxes)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or model, please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
